This policy explains what we collect when you use this store, why we collect it, and what we do with it. Plain language, no games.
What we collect
- When you order: your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number, and confirmation that payment succeeded. We never see or store your full card number — that goes straight to our payment processor.
- When you browse: your IP address, browser and device type, which pages you viewed, and which site sent you here. This comes from cookies and similar technologies.
- When you contact us: whatever you choose to put in the email.
Why we collect it
- To process your order, ship it, and tell you where it is.
- To answer your questions.
- To detect and prevent fraudulent orders.
- To work out which pages and adverts actually work, so we stop paying for the ones that don't.
- To send you marketing email — but only if you opted in, and every one of them has an unsubscribe link that genuinely works.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the companies that make this store function:
- Shopify — hosts this store and processes orders on our behalf.
- Payment processors — to take payment securely.
- Our fulfilment and shipping partners — they need your address to deliver your order.
- Analytics and advertising providers — to measure traffic and advert performance.
- Authorities — only where we are legally required to.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings — the store will still work, but your cart may not persist between visits.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the data we hold on you, correct it, ask us to delete it, or opt out of marketing and of the sale or sharing of personal information. This includes residents of the EU and UK under GDPR, and residents of California under the CCPA.

How long we keep it
Order records are kept for as long as we're legally required to keep them for tax and accounting purposes. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe.
International transfers
We operate from the United Arab Emirates and our partners operate in several countries, so your data may be processed outside the country you live in.
Children
This store is not directed at children under 16 and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe we have, email us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced on this page.
