Track your order
You'll get a tracking number by email
As soon as your order leaves the facility, we email you a tracking number. That's usually 1–3 business days after you place the order. Check your spam folder before assuming it hasn't arrived — that's where it ends up most often.
Tracking shows nothing yet?
That's normal. Tracking numbers typically take 3–5 days to start showing movement, and there's often a quiet stretch in the middle while the parcel is in transit between countries. Neither means anything has gone wrong.
What the timeline looks like
- Days 1–3: Order processed and dispatched, tracking number emailed
- Days 3–5: Tracking starts updating
- Days 10–20: Delivery to most destinations

If it's been more than 30 business days since dispatch, email kay02ibr@gmail.com with your order number. We'll resend it or refund you in full — you won't have to argue for it.
