How long it takes
Our decorations ship directly from our production partner. That's what keeps the price where it is, but it does mean delivery takes longer than a local warehouse would. We'd rather set the expectation now than disappoint you later.
- Processing: 1–3 business days
- Delivery: 10–20 business days to most destinations
- Remote addresses and the December peak can add roughly a week
Ordering for Christmas
Order by 20 November to be confident of arrival before 25 December. We'll ship later orders as fast as we possibly can, but we won't promise a delivery date that depends on carriers we don't control.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order leaves the facility. Tracking often takes 3–5 days to begin updating — this is normal and does not mean anything has gone wrong.
Customs and duties
Any import duties or taxes that apply in your country are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price you paid at checkout.
If something goes wrong
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of shipping, email kay02ibr@gmail.com with your order number and we'll either resend it or refund you in full. No argument.
