What if the motor stops working?

Fair question to ask about anything with a motor in it, so here is the straight answer. Every order includes the 2 Year Replacement Guarantee at no extra cost. If the motor stops within two years we send a new one, with no diagnosis and nothing to post back. On top of that you have 30 days from delivery to return it for a full refund.

Is the music going to drive me mad?

There is a switch. Most people run it when guests arrive or when the children come down, and leave it off the rest of the time. It is not designed to be on for six weeks straight, and nobody wants that.

Does it really climb, or is that just the photo?

It really climbs. It is motorised. He works his way up the ladder and plays music while he does it. A still one would not get the reaction, and there would be no point selling it.

Is it alright around toddlers and pets?

Treat it the way you would any other moving, battery powered decoration in the house. Hang it higher than you think you need to, and keep the battery compartment closed. Small children love watching it. They should not be able to reach it.

Where can I hang it?

Anywhere it can hook onto. The tree, a door handle, the banister, the edge of a shelf. It is a hanging decoration, so it needs something to hang from rather than a flat surface to stand on. Indoors.

When will it actually arrive?

1 to 3 days to pack, then 10 to 20 business days in transit. Order now and it lands weeks before you would even think about putting the tree up. Order by 26 October and it is comfortably there for decorating weekend, which is 27 to 29 November this year. Order by 20 November is the hard cut off for Christmas Day itself. After that we are relying on carriers at their busiest and we will not promise you a date we do not control.

What if it turns up broken?

Send us a photo. We replace it or refund you, and you do not post anything back. You have enough to do in December without queuing at a post office.
