By using this store or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't order.
1. Who can order
You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, and be able to enter a binding contract where you live.
2. Products
We describe our products as accurately as we can and show real photographs. Colours can vary slightly between screens, and handmade or plush items vary slightly from piece to piece. That's normal and isn't a defect.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Payment is taken when you place the order. If a pricing or product error is obvious — a decimal in the wrong place, for instance — we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than fulfil it.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or if there was an error in the listing. If we cancel, you get a full refund.
5. Delivery
Our stated delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees, because carriers are outside our control. Full detail is on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk passes to you on delivery.

7. Our content
The text, images, and design on this store belong to us. Don't copy them for commercial use without our written permission.
8. Acceptable use
Don't use this store to break the law, attempt to interfere with its operation, scrape it, or submit anything abusive or misleading.
9. Product safety
Our decorations are decorative items. Follow any instructions supplied with the product, don't leave powered items running unattended, and keep packaging away from small children.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, where the law does not permit that limitation.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Nothing in this clause removes consumer-protection rights you have in your own country.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order.
